for your rank you can get EEE/EIE/Bio technology at all campuses rather than vellore campus!

Yeah definitely you will Since your rank in VITEEE is good but not enough through which you can't able to get a top core branch in Vellore campus but yaah may be you get branches like ECE / ETC / EEE in chennai / Amravati campus.
