Hope you are doing well. And congrats on scoring a decent NEET score especially during such a tough time.
Based on previous years cutoff you do have chance of getting into government colleges for BDS under the AIQ quota, but for MBBS it is quite tough. In 2019 Koppal Institute of Medical Sciences, Karnataka had a cutoff score of 409 for the General category which is below the score that you got. but alot of Dental colleges have lower cutoffs.
But the cutoffs do vary every year and it depends upon the number of candidates appearing for the exam, the difficulty level of the question paper, total seats available. So do try even in colleges where the cutoff is more, but around your score. So do keep hope.
