Congrats on a great score.The NEET cutoff will vary based on the number of seats available, number of applicants, the difficulty level of the paper, the highest marks scored etc. The 15% seats under AIQ will usually have high cutoff and it may differ with the level of competition in each state. Since you have not mentioned any specific college or state in which you want admission in it is difficult to say for sure but your score for OBC category in pretty good. Some top level government colleges may have a cutoff higher than 600 . In general , 550+ can be considered decent for a good college under All India Quota.You can attend the counselling and see . However , with your score under state counselling you may sure get a top government college.
