As you mentioned ,that you have secured 573 marks in NEET 2019 and of obc category but didn't mentioned whether you have all india quota or state quota , so we will consider both the scenarios .

Last year's cutoff in Mahatma Gandhi Memorial Medical College ,indore under india quota was 590 marks and under state quota was 561 marks ;considering this ,we can say that you do have chance of getting in admission this college.
