To be frank this year neet cut off had risen very high. At 600 mark AIR is about 20k. So talking about getting government medical college seat there are no chances for you either through the AIQ or bihar state quota. Last year cut of for obc in bihar was obc- 582 and for ebc was 562 this year it will must rise 35-40 marks above then last year. You can check Last year cutoff rank/marks for bihar from link below
