Getting a seat in mop up round depends on a lot of factors like number of candidates, number of seats left, number of seats added from all India quota counselling. Also, not all candidates prefer to wait till mopup round, so that also changes the merit number of students. This year's cutoff are coming out to be really high and unpredictable. Your score is good and you can really hope for getting a seat in mopup round but as mentioned earlier cutoff are not predictable accurately. So you should be patient and definitely attend mopup round.

It is hard for me to tell you probability. Actually it all depends on the numbers of vacant seats in your state. So if you get information about the vacant seats then you can guess by own.
