Yeah sometimes how one can judge you based on your skills but no one can check your skills within 10 minutes interview the marks will reflect how much you have terms of the skills all instance consider while it take helps you to get a job in lovely a good percentage is always helpful but it does not mean that a student with low percentage in class 10th and 12th cannot to excellent he can also perform well in terms of shops but remember it will be difficult

No  it will not affect your future jobs.

It just help somewhere in the entrance exams which have eligibility criteria of percentage of boards marks.

In future you can get a job on your on personality and your development and soft skills.

They didn't bother about your 12 th or 10 th marks.

They check your soft skills and talking skills and your presentation skills.

For on campus placement you should clear / pass your all exam in college.

Not at all.This is very foolish thing that whoever has told this to you.For jobs or any other thing that is related to your future and carrier, I assure you that you 10th marks will never be considered(except ij fee cases like admission in top colleges).Now, have graduation and try to get 60% and you can appear in all exams and if you crack you definitely will get the job.
