i got 58 percentile in jee main and i m from sc catogry can i get good nit college ?

With your quoted details it's not possible for you to get admission in any NIT or GFTI.
I would suggest you to go for other Engineering entrance or state level entrance exams or drop
a year and try to score above 95% to get admission in college of your choice with your desired stream.
