As the Ap-eamcet cutoff  keeps on changing each year depending upon various factors such as :

• Previous year AP EAMCET cutoff trends

• Total number of applicants

• Total number of seats

• Difficulty level of the examination
  

With your rank(5800), you may or may not get cse seat in top colleges. Generally the closing rank for Cse is in the range 1500-2500 ( assuming you belong to the general category ). However you may get other branches also in top colleges with your score.
