We all know that without officially released JEE MAIN cut-off marks of this year for all top instituions in India by NTA (National Testing Agency), we can't make any accurate statement about the precise cut-off marks of any NIT, IIIT or GFTI. So we have to go for the previous year's cut-off details in this regard.
Here you don't have mentioned your category in your question, so I consider you as a General-UR candidate.
Hence as per our experience and previous year's details I'm sorry to inform you that it's just impossible for you to get any of the esteemed NIT, IIITs or GFTIs with this marks in your desirable stream CSE. You can apply for other streams in some bottom listed NITs like NIT Sikim, NIT Hamirpur, NIT Mizoram etc.
If you want to pursue your career with CSE stream, then you should sit for State Level Counseling procedure. You've not mentioned about your state, so I can't tell you the name of the colleges where you can get admission in your state.
