i got 58.2 % in 12TH board in 2017 and i hvn't gave jee 2019 .can i get admission

You will have to first qualify the JEE Main exam to apply for B. Tech in GNDEC, Ludhiana. The application date starts 1st June, 2019 and the result will be declared on 20th June, 2019.
