Your rank in VITEEE is 58k which is not a good rank to get CSE in VIT. Well based on previous year trends, expected cutoff might extend till ~30k in category 5 for any core branch. Expected cutoff for CSE ( spec. in cyber physical systems) might close at 43000 Rank. So, you have less chance to get seat in VIT Chennai for CSE branch .
You should rather look for other branches in which your rank gets accepted for seat in VIT. You can also check cutoffs of different campus of VIT.
