It is really unfortunate but it would be very very difficult to crack top 5 IIMs with your academic background.

First of all you need to complete your bachelor's degree, then you are eligible to give CAT exam. Even if you get really good score in CAT getting into top 5 is almost impossible. In most of the IIMs CAT score accounts for only 60% to 65% of the selection process. Rest of that depends on how you perform at the interview and your academic background. Almost all the students who get into top IIM have scored above 75% in both their 10th and 12th along with scoring well in their graduation.

If you look at the best IIM that is IIM Bangalore, this year they have announced that CAT score will account for only 40% of the selection process. Apart from CAT score and excellent academic background, work experience is also considered. If you score really really well in CAT that won't guarantee you a seat but it will for sure take you to next level of selection process that is PI ( personal interview) and WAT ( written ability test).

At this final stage CAT score will matter less and your academic background, how well you perform at the interview and WAT will weigh more.

You should consider other good MBA colleges where you can get admission based on just your entrance exam score.
