Since you have got 58.5 percentile in Joint Entrance Examination, Main or JEE Main in 2022, then you have already qualified the JEE Main with your ST category. With this percentile, you may get admission into some north-east National Institutes of Technologies or NITs. Some of the colleges which you might get admission into are:

NIT Mizoram
NIT Nagaland
NIT Meghalaya
NIT Silchar
NIT Arunachal Pradesh
