Seeing your score and previous year cuttoff of NIT WARANGAL,you seem to have less chance of getting seats in mechanical stream .You need rank under 3k with HOME STATE QUOTA and OBC QUOTA.You may get chemical stream with OBC and HS quota.Visit below mention link to know for which NITs are elligible with this score:

Generally,branch swap feature isn't available in NITs.You can swap branch in IITs.
