I got 58598 inCUSAT CAT in BTech/Msc photonics [general rank]and 846 in community rank[OBC],did I get Civil in SOE ,kochi?

Hi Aafia Anzar.
I think, your rank is around 5500, and not 58589, which is not possible. So, with a rank of around 5500, it will be difficult to get Civil in SoE, CUSAT. The cutoff for last year was 3662 for GEN seat and 4859 for OBC(MSM) seat. The cutoff for state merit seat is higher than this. So, even if you have a chance, it will be in All India Merit. You can give CE as the first choice, so that, incase, if seats are vacant, you can get. The last rank details are available in www.cusat.nic.in.

thanks,but in last rank details ,for msm category (category rank os taken upto 3000 something) for civil engineering(in free seat) in SOE ,kochi

The rank that you see under the MSM category, and all other category, is the GENERAL rank, and NOT the category rank.
okkk,is there any chance to get in SOE college for civil engineering,pls clear my doubt
