I got 58.66 and I am applying for NATA 2019 exam second attempt can I get seat in IIT and GIFTS

No. You can't use NATA score to apply in IIT advanced. You need to qualify JEE mains and then clear JEE advanced to get into IIT. NATA can be used in other colleges of architecture.

You need to clear JEE paper 1and then clear JEE advanced to apply in IIT, otherwise with NATA you can apply in other colleges except IIT and NIT
