I got 58.8% in 10th and 60% in 12th standard. So after my graduation can I entered into best MBA college while preparing cat .
It's not a impossible task. It depends upon institute policies and your performance in other areas. For example, institutes like IIM Indore give lot if weight to 10th and 12th score where as IIM Bangalore give more weight on experience. Some institutes give least importance to 10th score and most to graduation score. Most of the times, combined weight for 10th and 12th score is less than that of work ex which means if a fresher enter into respective institute, you can enter there with your experience.
Every institute has it's own criteria for giving importance to the past academic records. All the colleges give due importance to your 10th and 12th marks. They have set out individual criteria as to how much weightage they would give for these marks. So yes they would have considerable impact during your selection in a college but you still have chances to secure admission there as it is not the only parameter that is considered while assessing a candidate.
