I got 59 percentile in mhtcet 2021 is it good in OBC category

59 percentile is not a good percentile but yes decent enough to get a seat in average engineering colleges .

When it comes to which colleges you can get then,

This is difficult to say as colleges cut off keeps changing every year depending upon factors like :-

°°°°°°°°  No seats that are available for admission

°°°°°°°° number of students who appeared in the examination

°°°°°°°° level of difficulty of the examination

°°°°°°°° the category you belong etc
