Hope you are doing well. Sorry to inform you that you cannot get a seat in PES University or PES Institute Of Technology with this rank. But you can get a seat in AMC Engineering College. Please note that SNQ quota is not a caste category. All the candidates having income less than 6 lacs are eligible for SNQ quota. Only the candidates having least annual income out of total selected candidates in a particular college are provided admissions under SNQ quota. I hope you got the point after reading this answer.
