Dear aspirant,
At your rank theem college of engineering is open for CS course however Rajiv Gandhi CS will not be available. If you can compromise your course then maybe you can get Rajiv Gandhi EXTC that too 2nd or 3rd round.

Dear Reader,
Your rank is not upto the mark as per the colleeg you are aspiring for because rajiv gandhi college is one of the prestigious college. But yes participate in counselling and you can get it if you choose branches wisely. So if you can compromise with branch then you can get it.
