Since the first round of counseling is over, it's likely that most colleges have filled their seats. However, there might be a few seats left or some candidates might have withdrawn their admissions, leading to vacancies.

To get a more accurate information, I recommend the following:

  1. Check the official AP VET website: They usually release updates on seat availability and counseling schedules.
  2. Contact the veterinary colleges directly: Inquire about the remaining seats and the possibility of getting a seat with your rank.
  3. Consult with a counselor or expert: They can provide guidance based on their experience and knowledge of the admission process.

Remember, the competition for veterinary seats can be high, so it's important to be prepared and explore all available options.

I hope this information helps you.

It is quite difficult for you to get a seat in veterinary with rank  5k .Rank of below 2000 is safeside for getting admission in Veterinary colleges in andhra pradesh.

for veterinary the counseling begins around mid September and continue till first week of October and classes begin from October 3–4th week( this is only for all India conducted by VCI since for some states the counselling may finish even before and classes might have had started).you should keep an eye on counselling process to get seat in last rounds if any.

Hope you find this helpful!!

Hello,

Getting a veterinary seat in the second round with a 5,000 rank in AP EAMCET 2024 depends on several factors, such as:

Category/Reservation: If you belong to a reserved category (SC/ST/BC), your chances of getting a seat increase significantly compared to open category candidates.

Seat Availability: If there are enough vacant seats after the first round, you may have a chance in the second round. The number of available seats can vary based on how many students opt for other courses or institutions after the first round.

Cutoffs for Veterinary Colleges: Each veterinary college has different cutoffs based on the number of applicants and seats available. If the cutoff rank in the second round for your category goes up, you may have a better chance.

Previous Year Trends: Analyzing cutoffs from previous years can give an estimate. For example, if the cutoff ranks were higher in previous years for the second round, it suggests a good chance of getting a seat.

In summary, if you fall under a reserved category or the cutoffs shift in the second round, your chances increase. Keep an eye on the official counseling announcements to track your position and changes in cutoffs.

Hope it helps !
