Hello,
Getting a veterinary seat in the second round with a 5,000 rank in AP EAMCET 2024 depends on several factors, such as:
Category/Reservation: If you belong to a reserved category (SC/ST/BC), your chances of getting a seat increase significantly compared to open category candidates.
Seat Availability: If there are enough vacant seats after the first round, you may have a chance in the second round. The number of available seats can vary based on how many students opt for other courses or institutions after the first round.
Cutoffs for Veterinary Colleges: Each veterinary college has different cutoffs based on the number of applicants and seats available. If the cutoff rank in the second round for your category goes up, you may have a better chance.
Previous Year Trends: Analyzing cutoffs from previous years can give an estimate. For example, if the cutoff ranks were higher in previous years for the second round, it suggests a good chance of getting a seat.
In summary, if you fall under a reserved category or the cutoffs shift in the second round, your chances increase. Keep an eye on the official counseling announcements to track your position and changes in cutoffs.
Hope it helps !
