Other state students are not eligible for government aided colleges in wbjee. West Bengal domicile requirement is there for seat in Government aided colleges and 90 % of general seats for Jadavpur University( 10% seats are open for other state for Jadavpur University). Also other state students are not eligible for reservation i. e OBC/ST/SC etc.

This is very difficult to predict which college you will get because cut off  keeps changing every year depending upon a number of factors like
