I got 60% in 12th can I get addmission in CS branch

Hope you are doing well. Tony you didn't specify in what course (such as B.Sc, B.Tech etc) you want to choose CS branch. So I'm here giving eligibility criteria for Some major courses.

For B.tech: Any candidate who passed class 12 with a minimum of 45% marks is sufficient. Majorly it depands on your JEE mains marks/ college entrance test mark and particular college cut-off.

For B.Sc: Students must have cleared higher secondary classes (Class 12) from a recognized board with 50% of the score are eligible to apply for college entrance/ Admission. The stream should be science with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.

Remark: In both case you are only eligible to apply via 12th class board marks while admission process is based on particular college cut-off.

As per my experience if you are looking for CS branch on B.Sc course then it's tough because 12th class marks are refrence for almost all College and cut-off goes high on an average of above 85% as CS is a branch that every 5th student want to opt.

And If you want admission in b.tech course then 60% marks are totally sufficient from board side. You all have to score in Jee Mains+Advance as good as you can. I suggest you to check previous year college cut-off of CS branch (where you want admission) and prepare accordingly.

Dear if you want to take admission in B tech CS branch then first you need to qualify any College Entrance level exam after that you will secure any B.tech branch in any College . But your 12th percentage is good to qualify for any entrance level exam for any B.tech branch .
