To be honest, most of the top colleges do not accept board exam scores for their admission procedure. Also, in the DTE counselling, there is no admission process on the basis of Board Exam scores. However, there may be some private colleges who may provide admission on the basis of Board Exam scores. So, hunt for them. Also, your MHTCET score is quite low to secure admission in any government college or top colleges in Pune. Nevertheless, there are some good private colleges that may give you admission.
