According to the DU LLB Eligibility Criteria, A candidate belonging to unreserved category need to have a graduate/post-graduate degree from the University of Delhi or any other recognized university with at least 50% marks or an equivalent and there is no provision of gap year. So, you are eligible to apply for the exam.

Don't worry about your one year gap.you can obviously fill the form . There's no problem. InfactI, you will get more time to prepare.
The process is the same. You just need few necessary documents to complete your admission formalities, and then you are done. Maybe they will ask for one year gap certificate or affidavit. But that's not a problem. But you have to provide a solid reason for this.
