I got 60 percent in 12 bt not clear math exam I fill improvement for it if I clear my exam in improvement so can I eligible for jee mains

No sorry to say but you can do that. Only you can get admission or you can seat in counseling after clearing that backlog . So first you clear that back log then you can get admission in SRM. Even if you can clear  it in review then you can go for direct counselling  otherwise you have to wait for next year .
