With 60 percentile in JEE Mains, your rank in JEE Mains would be more than 3 lakh. With this rank you won't be able to clear the cutoff for JEE Mains as the cutoff for OBC NCL is expected to be around 74-75 percentile. So you won't be able to get admission into NITs IIITs and GFTIs.
You can go for the top private engineering colleges in India which conduct their own entrance exams. These exams are much easier than JEE Mains. Some of the college are

- SRM University Chennai
- Amity University Noida
- LPU Jalandhar
- Chandigarh University
- Manipal University

Last year cutoff for OBC-NCL so as to be eligible for JEE advanced was around 74 Percentile,so you can consider it to be same with fluctuation of +2/-2 percentile.
Now considering your percentile your rank will be around 4,50,000,with which you will not be able to get into any NITs.

Dear Aspirant,
At 60 percentile your rank will be around 4,80,000. That is too high rank and you will not be eligible for writing advanced exam with the OBC-NCL category.
I suggest you should prepare once again and try to score at least 85-90 percentile to both get a good college and attempt at advanced exam.
Hope this helps. Thank you.
