I got 6000 rank in OBC , will I get CSE in NiT warangal , IN CSAB round

As you have got around 6000 OBC category rank then your CRL rank must be around near 25000. And with this much CRL rank there is no chance that you can get computer science engineering branch in NIT Warangal even in csab special round counselling.
Even if you belong from home state quota then also you cannot get computer science engineering branch with this much CRL rank in both round of csab counselling.
Last year the cutoff closing rank for computer science engineering branch in NIT Warangal for obc category students on basis of CRL ranks was - 7516 ( for home state candidates, in csab special round 2 counseling).
So, you cannot get cse of nit Warangal, but you can get other branches like metallurgical and materials engineering, chemical engineering, etc.

You might have misunderstood that. Csab special round counseling is done on the basis of crl ranks for every category, not on individual category ranks.
That means this 7516 is crl rank for obc category candidate for cse branch in nit warangal. It is not obc category rank. And you can secure 7516 crl rank only when your obc category rank is below around 1500.
Now I think it's cleared your doubt.
