Hello student,

I hope you are doing well.

As you may know, the JEE Main cutoff is different for different programs and different universities. The cutoff is in the form of opening and closing ranks within which admission will be offered by the institutes. The JEE Main cutoff is determined by various factors listed below:

  • number of aspirants
  • number of seats offered
  • difficulty level of examination
  • previous year cutoff trends
  • category under which admission is desired

The JEE Main cutoff will be provided here once it is officially released till then you can check the previous years' cutoff to get an idea. Since, you haven't mentioned your home state and caste group in the question so, it would not be possible for me to provide you any information that but I am providing you the link to college predictor

Hello aspirant, hope you are doing good.

So, the answer to your question is No, you cannot. With this rank, in general category (I'm assuming you are from general category, because you didn't mention any particular category ), you have no chance of getting a seat in any of the NITs, let alone for the subjects you chose.
