I Would like to tell you that this year a total of 19 AIIMS are participating in the AIQ counselling so this year a total seats count of AIIMS is approx 1899 which is enough to get a seat in AIIMS as new AIIMS are not prefered by many students and they wish to take state collages ,So you can also apply for all the AIIMS except the ones which are very far from your home town as it will cause many problems like the connectivity issue and the Language Problem. For ex a North Indian Should not go for AIIMS telangana .

But the majour probablity of getting aiims at this rank can be in Mop up or stray vacancy round.

You haven't mentioned your Category. Compared to 2019, the NEET 2020 cut offs have changed considerably higher than expected. With the top score being 720 which is 19 marks greater than 2019's top score, it is difficult to predict chances. And this is the first time that AIIMS is conducting admission through NEET score making it more difficult to predict. But if you belong to General Category, you do have borderline chances for a seat in AIIMS Guntur, Telangana.
