Yes you will get a seat via this quota in the Maharshtra state . As The no of seat have increased this year in most medical collage and also the seats have not increased by including of JIPMER and AIIMS in NEET.

The cut off is the minimum rank till which admission is acceptable. Maharashtra MBBS 2020 Cut Off will be released on the official website State Common Entrance Test Cell and Directorate of Medical Education Research.
The cut-off Maharashtra MBBS admission 2020 will be released for 85% state quota seats and 15% All India Quota seats, separately. The cut off will be different for different colleges.

With 607 in neet you have good chances of getting a medical seat in government college under state quota. Which college you will get depends upon cut off of the college.
