i got 607 score, 53.67 marks and 2050 rank in gate 2019 in cse(obc) which college or job i can expect??

You have scored a good rank in the exam and being a OBC category student will add profit in your court. With this rank though there are lesser chances of you getting PSU and IITs but you can get admission into top NITs. Had you shared your 12th percentage I would have predicted what colleges you might get. You can check the cutoffs if different colleges by going through this link.
