As your percentage in 12th are 60 and also your pcm socre is not so good. So with score there are fewer chances of getting admission in any state level government college.But yes you can get private colleges and universities of India in which you are interested. You can get admission in private university on the basis of their entrance exam conducted by that university. So you should definitely apply there for the admission if you are interested in doing engineering.
