As the percentile mentioned by you is not enough for you to fetch you any NIT on General rank but you will definitely get some good private college on this percentile of your desired branch if you comes under any reserved category then there is a chance you can get any government college. because as you know cut off depends upon the number of seats available, the difficulty level of paper and number of candidates writing the examination.
