I got 61% in ssc board, can i get admission in chemical engineering in diploma?

You have not mentioned the name of college where you want to pursue diploma in computer engineering.
Nevertheless, in order to be eligible to pursue diploma in computer engineering generally at least 50% is required from a recognised board. And you have got 61%. So chances are high that you will get admission in diploma in Chemical engineering.
