TS Eamcet is conducted every year for admission into various courses in engineering and pharmacy in Telangana.Inorder to write the entrance exam, the candidate must qualify the eligibility criteria laid down. One of these educational qualification is that the candidate must have passed 10+2(or an equivalent examination) with 45% marks (for general candidates) and 40% marks (for reserved candidates) and Mathematics, Physics as compulsory subjects and Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology as optional subjects or related vocational courses in the fields of Engineering and Technology, conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education, Telangana.

So not only the eamcet online test marks play an important role but also the 10+2 aggregate of maths, physical, chem does.

The procedure for calculating the total marks(out of 100) for calculation of rank is

75% of the marks obtained in eamcet online test + 25% of aggregate of marks in maths ,physics, chemistry.

So based on the total marks obtained, the ranks are given.

As you have not mentioned your aggregate of Math, physical, chem we can't predict your rank instead you can check the rank predicted by careers360 in https://www.careers360.com/result-predictor which will be available soon.

Best of luck!!

According to me CSE is more preferable than IT as the jobs in that field are increasing, the demand for the software engineers is increasing. To give a rough idea,CSE deals with software engineering and IT with the Hardware parts of a computer and to keep the data safe But even IT serves as a good branch.Know your interests and then go according to them. You can compare more colleges and branches in careers360 website.
If need any more assistance, comment below.

Yes I am choosing either of those because my real interest lies in artificial intelligence.I am more into research than I am into a job Therefore , I think any of the branch would suffice.
