i got 61 marks in ce 2020, and gate score 695 which iit i can get admission

Since you haven't mentioned your category I've mentioned open category cutoffs
- IIT B for specialisation in Civil Engineering you will be eligible for Geotechnical Engineering, Ocean Engineering, Remote sensing, Water Resource Engineering. ( http://www.iitb.ac.in/newacadhome/GATEscoreoflastcandidate2019-20.pdf )

- IIT D you will be qualified for Rock Engg. & Underground Structure ( https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/gate-cutoff-for-iit-delhi )
- IIT K does not offer m.tech in CE
