First of all I assume that you are from general category and my answer is on that basis.
So coming to answer that it will be very difficult for you to fetch a seat in any government college but you can get seat in private college like
1.IMS EC Ghaziabad
2.NIET Gr.Noida
3.IPEC Ghaziabad
4.BBDIT Ghaziabad
5.RKGIT Ghaziabad
But then there is little advice that you should lock all these above colleges in your preferred stream as some of colleges take admission in second shift.

Your rank in UPSEE is not so good so it will be possible for you to get admission in any government engineering college.
Assuming that you fall in general category it will be wrong if you think you can get admission in good government engineering College. You may get textile engineering but those may not be among the best colleges.
Personally speaking you should work hard for 1 more year rather than taking admission in any private engineering college if you can.
