Dear aspirant
At first congratulations for your result and best wishes for your future.
Analysing cut off and opening and closing rank trends of previous years I am afraid to inform you that you may not get any seat for MBBS in government medical colleges through All India counselling for 15 % seats . You can miss some colleges by close call that is by difference of fewer marks . You have not mentioned your category so I am suggesting you considering you as an general category candidate. Based on previous year's cut off some of medical colleges of Uttar Pradesh you can get through state counselling for 85 % seates are
Govt. Medical College, Saharanpur
Govt. Medical College, Kannauj
Govt. Medical College, Ambedkarnagar
Autonomous Medical College, Firozabad
Autonomous Medical College, Bast
iAutonomous Medical College, Bahraich
Autonomous Medical College, Ayodhya
Sarojini Naidu Medical College, Agra
Govt. Medical College, Badaun
Maharani Laxmibai Medical College, Jhansi
etc

best wishes.
With 615 marks, your All India Rank will be around 4230 to 5880 approximately. Since you haven't mentioned your category, I'm assuming that you are from the general category. You have good chances of getting a seat in government medical college with this rank. You should apply for some state counseling. Also note that the cut-off rank changes every year depending on the difficulty of the paper, and the number of candidates appearing for it.
