i got 61.5% marks in Graduation, but in a application form it needed a whole number so that which number should I fill instead of 61.5

Since the decimal is 5 the percentage that you have scored it will be rounded off to the next whole number which is 62. So you have to fill your percentage of marks as 62% in the application form that you are enquiring about. Ensure that you fill all the details correctly.
