Only a few colleges give admission on the basis of class 12th marks and most good engineering colleegs take entrance tests. For those few colleges that take admission on the basis of marks your percentage is falling short. In fact this year the cutoff percentage is expected to be higher that the past few years since most cbse and isc schools have given higher than usual marks. However you should still check out some universities like Lovely Professional University, KIIT University, Nirma University, VIT etc...
