Hello student yes you can drop for jee main. As you've mentioned you passed class 12 in 2021 you're eligible to appear in jee main 2021, 2022 and 2023.
As per eligibility criteria Candidates can appear in jee main for three consecutive years and two consecutive year in jee advance.
For this year the eligibility criteria is student passed out in physics chemistry and Mathematics from a recognized board. As 75 percent criteria has been waived off due to corona pandemic.
