I got 62 marks in jee main August session shift 2 2021...obc ncl home state kerala ....what is my percentile....did I qualify for jee advanced....will I get any nit through joSAA or state counselling?

Generally the qualifying cutoff for obc category is around 74/75, you will definitely qualify for Jee Advanced. But it is difficult to get a good NIT or IIIT with this rank except some north eastern ones like NIT Silchar, NIT Mizoram, NIT Sikkim, etc.
