As I have mentioned in the answer to your other question your rank is damn low that is around 3 lakhs at this percentile. Calcutta college of management and technology is a renowned and prestigious college.
Since you are from Bihar you won't get the benefits of Home state quota in this College.
Last years lowest rank for this college was around 1 lakh, so there is no chance for you to get admission in this college.
Try to improve your rank in jee mains paper2.
