Hello,
As the cutoff percentile for general EWS category in JEE Mains 2020 is 70.2435518 and as you have scored less than the cutoff percentile, so you are not eligible for JOSAA counseling to get admission into NITs, IIITs and GFTIs. You are also eligible to register for the JEE Advanced as your percentile is less than the cutoff percentile.
As you won't be able to get into government engineering colleges, please go for some top private engineering colleges in India like
Sharda University Greater Noida
Amity University Noida
SRM University Chennai
LPU Jalandhar
Chandigarh University
