I got 62.5 percentile in jee mains attempted 42 questions and i'm in general caste.Will I qualify in jee mains?

If you mean qualifying for Jee Advanced, then unfortunately you might not, as the cutoff for Jee Advanced is expected to be the top 70 percentile of the students. You could reattempt the exam in April and try to improve your score as only the best of the two scores will be considered for the common rank list.
