I got 63 percentile in cet and 77% in hsc boards which colleges in navi mumbai i might get?

It is this time that the results of MHTCET are declared in percentile format. Until last year you used to get marks out of 200. I am sure that based on the answer key of MHTCET released earlier, you might have calculated your score.
So, here is the link which can provide you the cutoffs of various engineering colleges all over Maharashtra. Here you can find cutoffs for all the colleges in Navi Mumbai.

Make sure you look for proper cutoffs according to Quota (General-G, State-S, TFWS etc), category (Open, OBC, SC, ST, etc) and also based on home or other universities.
Also, the cutoffs vary for all branches. So, if you belong to open category and your home university is Mumbai then for colleges in Navi Mumbai you have to look for GOPENH (here G stands for general quota) and likewise, GOPENO (if you are in OPEN category) if you belong to any university other than Mumbai.
