The NTA scores indicate the percentage of candidates that have scored equal to or below that percentile score in that session.
It would be difficult to predict the JEE Main qualifying cutoff as the exam is being conducted twice for the first time and nothing can be said exactly before the result of the JEE Main April exam.
However, with 63 percentile score, your chances would be less to qualify for the JEE Advanced exam.
You should also appear for the JEE Main exam in April and aim to improve your performance in that attempt.
