No I'm afraid such a rank would not be sufficient to fetch a government medical college even via state quota of your respective state although you must wait for the mop up round to end , however I recommend you to start the preparation now only if you are planning to take a drop and focus on preparation from now onwards

You would also be eligible to take admission in BDS ,BAMS ,BHMS courses in government medical colleges and refer our website for info on the same
